Great news! 🎉 We’re launching the private beta of the new Convoflo add-in for Microsoft Outlook.

This tool lets you send an email — subject, body, and attachments — directly into the right secure Convoflo space without leaving Outlook.
It’s the easiest way to share a client exchange or archive an important message in the right secure conversation thread.

What You Can Do

• Send the subject, body, and attachments of an email to a Convoflo space.
• Manually choose the client space or let Convoflo auto-detect it based on the recipient.
• Access your secure spaces directly from Outlook.
• Enjoy the same security and traceability as in Convoflo Web.

⚙Technical Requirements

Before installing, make sure your Outlook setup meets the following conditions:

• You’re using an email address based on a Microsoft Exchange / Outlook 365 service.
  (The add-in is not compatible with Outlook accounts connected to Gmail, IMAP, or other non-Microsoft services.)
• You have access to Microsoft AppSource.
• You’re using the latest version of Outlook for Desktop or Web.

How to Install the Convoflo Add-in from Microsoft AppSource

1. Open Microsoft Outlook (Desktop or Web).
2. Click on Apps or Get Add-ins in the top ribbon.
3. In the search bar, type “Convoflo”.
4. Click Add and follow the installation steps.
5. Once installed, the Convoflo icon will appear in your Outlook toolbar.
6. Sign in to your Convoflo account when prompted (authentication happens directly through Convoflo).

Installation takes less than a minute and does not require special permissions.

Quick Use

1. Compose a new email as usual. Add your recipients, write your message, and attach any files if needed.
2. In the message composition window, click the Convoflo icon (Outlook Web add-in icon).
3. Let Convoflo automatically detect the right secure space.
4. If you don’t already have a secure space with those recipients, you can create one before sending.
5. Click Encrypt with Convoflo: the subject, body, and attachments are instantly transferred.
