A Smart Inbox, Just Like Email

Centralized Message Feed

Introducing a Gmail-style inbox that lists all incoming messages across all spaces. Powerful filters help you sort through everything quickly and jump straight into a conversation.

Benefit: No more hunting through individual secure spaces — see all your incoming communications in one place.

Message filtering is now available in:

The file manager now includes:

Choose Your Home Page

With all these new pages, we’ve made it possible to customize your home screen. Prefer to land on your inbox, file section, or label dashboard? Set your default view with one click at the top of each page.

OAuth Authentication Now Available

Convoflo’s API now supports OAuth authentication, bringing:

Smart File Upload Notifications

We now group file upload notifications intelligently. When someone uploads files, we wait 90 seconds before sending alerts — just in case more files are added.

Benefit: Your clients receive one single, clean notification, rather than being spammed with one per file.

Smart Reminders for Incomplete Secure Spaces

If there are any secure spaces that haven’t been configured yet, we’ll display a subtle alert in the sidebar. With one click, you can send reminder emails to one or several of those spaces.
