New features in Convoflo, Version 2.12

Discover the latest improvements from Convoflo, your secure messaging-client platform. This update introduces key features for better integration with SharePoint and enhanced CSV file management. 

SharePoint connection

We are pleased to announce the private beta availability of SharePoint connection for select customers. This feature allows you to efficiently integrate Convoflo with SharePoint. Here are the details:

1. Folder synchronization 

Users can now synchronize folders between Convoflo and SharePoint for simplified document management.

2. Uploading files

Upload files from Convoflo to SharePoint seamlessly.

3. Creating and deleting folders 

Create and delete folders in Convoflo, and these actions will be reflected in SharePoint. You can also delete files. 

4. Updating and moving files and folders

Files and folders can be moved and updated synchronously between Convoflo and SharePoint. Files moved to a synchronized folder will also be moved to SharePoint, while files moved to a non-synchronized folder will be deleted from SharePoint.

5. Copying and renaming

Copy and rename files and folders between Convoflo and SharePoint effortlessly.

6. Desynchronization and re-synchronization

Manage Convoflo folder synchronization with options to easily desynchronize and resynchronize. 

Previewing .csv files

To further improve your user experience, we have added a CSV file preview feature. You can now preview CSV files directly within the app via a popup, without the need to download them. This functionality is similar to what we offer for PDFs and images.

These new features aim to optimize your workflow and enhance document management. Enjoy seamless integration with SharePoint and more efficient CSV file management for increased productivity.
