Version 2.4.1. of TagMyDoc is now available

Hello everyone,

We are thrilled to announce that version 2.4.1 of the TagMyDoc app is now available to all our users.

This new version strengthens our positioning in relation to our mission: Provide a digital sharing solution with the best experience for the recipient.

The main new feature is:

Optimized management of received content

With the ability to mark a received content alert as "unread", it is now easier to keep track of your communications with clients.

When we are in the midst of action, we tend to take note of a message quickly, but if it is bigger than expected, we postpone processing it until later.

This new version also includes a broader scope patch:

Optimized alert sending

Moving files within the same secure space will not send an alert to the people who have permission on said secure space anymore.

It is crucial to properly organize files and folders within a secure space, which is why TagMyDoc offers a filing folder feature. However, it is not optimal to send an alert to your client when you are simply moving documents to tidy up their secure space.
